McKinsey - Bower Forum

Task: Our role was to manage the Bower Forum, a global gathering of leading CEOs and McKinsey partners held for the first time in Dubai in addition to all events which occurred on the sidelines of the main event, including tours, meetings and gala dinner. The aim was to create an exceptionally memorable experience of hospitality and authentic generosity that would leave an indelible mark on our guests.

What we did: We handled the comprehensive event management of the McKinsey Bower Forum, spanning three days and several venues to welcome leading global CEOs from around the world. This included the coordination of the program surrounding the forum. Additionally, we were entrusted with conceptualization and management of the gala dinner hosted by Majid Al Futtaim Holding, which included designing the event's look and feel, branding, set-up, entertainment, registration, and more. The overall event also served to showcase Majid Al Futtaim's hospitality in its home country, the UAE, and to position the company as a thought leader, retail and lifestyle pioneer, aspirational brand, and the go-to partner in the region.
