Task: Our aim was to transform the Central Galleria into a beautifully curated style hub, where we could unveil the AW 2023 trends in fashion, beauty, and home in a contemporary and captivating manner. We also successfully hosted exclusive VIP events in collaboration with key mall tenants and extended invitations to influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
What we did: To accomplish this, we designed, developed, and expertly managed an activation stand that received rave reviews from tenants and partners alike. We also undertook the naming and logo development for this stand. Collaborating closely with the mall's marketing team, we managed a dynamic 17-day program for the event, featuring daily workshops, masterclasses, and activations at various stations. Our on-the-ground team managed the appearance and activities of celebrity makeup artists such as Bassam Fattouh and Mena Al Sheikly. The stand and all workshops and activations were seamlessly executed, leaving a lasting impression. Notably, we've successfully managed the City Centre Mirdif AW activation for the past three years, consistently delivering excellence in event execution.
