Task: We were tasked with launching Hala Bilkhaleej, a new initiative by the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT), positioning it as the ultimate destination for Khaleeji music enthusiasts. We were responsible for the flawless execution of the concerts and the creation of an immersive experiential zone.
What we did: With a three-week lead time, we brought to life the entire event, taking charge of branding, event strategy, look and feel, along with an extensive marketing campaign encompassing advertising, PR, and social media efforts. Our management also included coordinating with artists such as Hussain Al Jasmi, Balqees, and Essa Al Marzouq, overseeing ticket sales, artists' logistics, activation areas, and concert hall set-up. We handled elements such as deals with hotels and travel partners, organized activations, curated F&B experiences, managed accreditation, oversaw security was in place, and navigated the permit process, all to deliver an experiential, high-quality event that showcased Hala Bilkhaleej as the hub for Khaleeji music fans.
