Task: Our objective was to captivate the hearts of all shoe enthusiasts and fashion-forward shoe lovers, aiming to boost shoe sales in The Dubai Mall with an upscale positioning.

What we did: For this captivating event, we created an exciting daily program with a key 'Highlight,' featuring fashion influencers, industry experts, and designers, ensuring a continuous stream of shoppers returning to the stand. In addition, we offered free shoe customizations in exchange for sharing purchase receipts over the activation days. Shoppers also had the opportunity to enjoy double Skywards miles and loyalty points. They could also take part in activities, including a claw machine, 'build a shoe' experiences, and interactive apps on the stand, all giving them the chance to win prizes. This vibrant activation spanned from January 21, 2021, to January 30, 2021, creating a shoe lover's paradise at The Dubai Mall.
