Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi - Townhall Events

Task: Our objective for DCT Townhall 2023 was to effectively organize and manage this internal event for all employees, including the setup, catering, branding, supplier coordination, and the overall event execution. This event provided a platform for the Chairman and Executive Leadership Team to update DCT employees on business results and future plans.

What we did: This year's Townhall marked the exciting launch of the new corporate identity. We used the even to showcase the new brand look through branding and set up across the venue. We designed and developed activations and photo opps to familiarize people with the new look and get them engaged around the event theme. Projection mapping and entertainment were used to showcase the new brand and event theme. A contemporary event flow was also used to present updates from the various executives.
